In Boskoop, we load and grow shrubs, roses and solitaires for our customers. The warehouse/nursery team in Boskoop consists of about 10 permanent, enthusiastic warehouse and nursery employees.
The team:
During the year, we often work in smaller teams in the shed and at the nursery with motivated and sociable colleagues. For example, you can work in our full ground nursery to grow a high-quality tree nursery product. You can also work in the logistics department, which takes care of receiving, distributing and shipping our products to our customers. Depending on your interests and ambitions, you will be added to a friendly team that suits you best.
The work:
We will establish a comprehensive induction and training programme with you, focused on your interests and ambitions within our company.
Possible duties (depending on your interests and ambitions) include:
• Planting the new production
• Tending, pruning and fertilising our shrubs and roses; in short, growing them into a high-quality deliverable product
• Het verzorgen, snoeien en bemesten van onze struiken en rozen; kortom, ze opkweken tot een hoogwaardig leverbaar product
• Harvesting, sorting and delivering deliverable product
• Receipt of incoming goods from suppliers
• Input and quality control
• Order picking
• Packing, compressing and loading outgoing goods to our customers
Job requirements/Skills:
• You have a healthy work ethic and ambitions to work at a tree nursery company
• Good command of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing
• Good command of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing
