The Netherlands sales team currently consists of 8 account managers and a Manager Sales Netherlands. As a salesperson, you serve a package of 50 to 70 municipal and contractor customers (large green providers).
The position:
You handle customer requests. You make quotations in our software package with current price information and availability. The range consists of avenue trees, forest & hedge plants, shrubs, roses and perennials. You supervise the order within our organisation, so that each department knows exactly what has been sold and when what must be delivered. In addition, you coordinate both internally and externally in case of deviations for a constructive solution. Besides office work, you actively visit existing and new customers (mainly in the summer) and take care of nursery visits with your customers. In case of complaints, you will be on site within 24 hours, if required.
Profile:
• Demonstrable sales experience in a similar position
• Good contact skills to bring in new customers and be able to build and maintain relationships
• Customer-oriented, commercial and communicative; able to interact with a municipal official as well as a landscaper

• Plant knowledge and market knowledge (arboriculture, horticulture, public green space)

• Experience with Wintree software is an advantage.
