Boot & Dart is a dynamic arboricultural company focused on providing a total planting package for use in large-scale green projects in urban and landscape areas throughout Europe. With our own product location sites covering approximately 150 ha in both Zundert and Boskoop, we are able to develop and produce a large part of the products ourselves:

in Zundert:

In Zundert, we load and grow shrubs, roses, avenue trees and solitaries for our customers.

The shed/nursery team in Zundert consists of around 35 permanent enthusiastic shed and nursery employees who often work in smaller teams.

The team:

Different departments work in smaller teams with motivated and friendly colleagues. For example, you can work in the production department of Avenue and Street Trees, Forest & Hague Plants, Spills & Solitaires or in the logistics department that takes care of the receipt, distribution and shipment of our products to our customers. Depending on your interests and ambitions, you will be added to a cosy team that suits you best.

The work:
We will establish a comprehensive employment and training programme with you, focused on your interests and ambitions within our company.

Possible duties (depending on your interests and ambitions) include:

• Planting the new production
• Care, pruning and tethering of avenue trees, spindles and solitaries, in short cultivation into a high-quality deliverable product
• Weed control, crop protection
• Harvesting, sorting and delivering deliverable product
• Receipt of incoming goods from suppliers
• Input and quality control
• Order picking
• Packing, compressing and loading outgoing goods to our customers

Job requirements/Skills:

• You have a healthy work ethic and ambitions to work at a tree nursery company
• Good command of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing
• Ambition to develop yourself
