- compact Cherry Laurel with a broad upright habit
- similar to P. laurocerasus ‘Van Nes’, but considerably lower
- height to about 1.25 m
- evergreen; healthy, glossy dark green foliage
- cream-white flowers in upright racemes in April/May
- excellent winter hardiness
