- low-growing shrub rose with excellent groundcover properties and virtually thornless branches, height 50 cm
- richly flowering with R. rugosa-like fragrant flowers; scarlet pinkish red when opening, later warm pinkish red with a striking yellow center of stamens
- long flowering period (mid-May to mid-October), followed by beautiful orange-red hips
- healthy dark green leaves with high salt resistance; therefore especially suitable along the coast and busy roads (road salt)
- on its own root, so can be cut by machine if necessary
