- low-growing shrub rose with excellent groundcover properties and virtually thornless branches, height 50 cm
- richly flowering with R. rugosa-like fragrant flowers; scarlet pinkish red when opening, later warm pinkish red with a striking yellow center of stamens
- long flowering period (mid-May to mid-October), followed by beautiful orange-red hips
- healthy dark green leaves with high salt resistance; therefore especially suitable along the coast and busy roads (road salt)
- on its own root, so can be cut by machine if necessary
- very strong groundcover rose for small to very large planting beds, along roads, at traffic circles and on embankments; also suitable for use in window boxes
- Low maintenance, therefore excellent for use in natural plantings
